Do not buy any Sherrod product from this dealership. I have had my instrument cluster in my 22 Ram 1500 Big Horn go out 3 times leaving me without a speedometer, gauges and all safety things equipped on truck. Theres undocumented mileage on the truck now also. Murray Chrysler Dodge Ram will not do right by this truck as far as repairs or even replacement. Go find a better Ram dealership I promise you theres better out there. Dont make the same SHAZAM MISTAKE I made.
So an update it is now April 2024. I won my lemon law arbitration against Fiat Chrysler and they bought back my Ram the fact that Murray lied about their repairs and repair dates did not help. Take my advice and avoid this dealership. P.S. to the Sales manager there that told me it would be more costly to lemon law the truck then take your trade value you offered for my truck which was way less.. You should be fired.

If you need a vehicle, call up Murray and ask for Jason. He went above and behind to get my vehicle shipped to me. He was communicative and was a gem despite being a Cubs fan. Thank you very much for all your help.

The WHOLE TEAM worked ABOVE and BEYOND to get me in my Jeep Rubicon Unlimited-Being on Disability I was a little nervous about qualifying for the financial part of it;But,Brian,Nathan,Paul and Savannah were Absolutely Amazing with working everthing out,and making sure that I was happy and able to get my Dream Car home!

Service department need a full audit on customer service and how they solve mechanical issues. All I can say being nice
