I I'm from out of state. I bought this car by phone and it was driven to my house 4 hours away. The delivery guy was very patient with me as I inspected the car I give him big props for that if he is reading this.
The process from sales and dealing with a finance manager was very straightforward. They did not use those old 90s sleazy tactics or made you feel like the beginning of the song "it's tricky" by run dmc lol.
I have dealt with other dealers with plenty of tricks up their sleeves. This one did not have tricks up their sleeves. Pretty straightforward and honest so thank you for restoring the faith in the concept of buying a car off the internet.
I was provided all copies of documents that I signed at my house.
My only gripe was getting the title within time to get it registered in my state. Although they blamed the Michigan Secretary of State about the delay; I personally called the state and they said they received the paperwork much later than my sale, approx 3.5 weeks after sale (I don't think the post office would delay that much but who knows) So they indicated they are sending the new title directly back to this dealer. It was FedEx to me the next day from the dealer.
