This place over charged me for my coffee and would not give back the difference they owed. This pretty much laughed at me and told me to go away. Then when old guy outside with a gun on his hip tried threatening me. Not a very pleasant experience.

Customer Service has gone down quite a bit in the last year. I'll pull up in the morning with the drive thru wrapped and out into the road and there is 3 employees outside smoking, including a manager. During rush at any restaurant its quick and single smoke breaks... If any at all. Normally you wait untie rush is over.

Ive been to Dunkin all along the east coast and this Dunkin has the best customer service and the fastest drive thru rate! Three times visiting, three times congratulating them on excellence. Keep up the good work team!

My go-to any time I'm in the village. Just be careful later at night. Sometimes a mouth full of grounds is no fun. It doesn't detour me from getting my Dunks though.
