      image Look, I came to Arby's because I had some coupons. Going out to eat these days is cost prohibitive, so I don't usually don't go out to eat unless I have some sort of coupon to use. After trying to hand the drive thru guy my coupons, he claimed he "already put them in, and I can keep the coupons", then proceeded to charge me for the full amount and insist he put the coupons in though the receipt certainly didn't account for it. I don't like to be lied to. If he didn't want to accept the coupons, he could have just told me and I would have gone somewhere else. I realize this sounds petty and stupid, but everything is so expensive right now that every little bit saved is helpful. I suppose I will think twice before trying to go to Arby's again...
