Will never rent a car with place again they didn't even have a car available for me when the day I needed it and I made a reservation 2 days prior I had to go to Eugene airport to rent one stay away from enterprise.

For the past couple of weeks, I have been enduring an unpleasant ordeal in a smelly economy vehicle. Despite their assurances to provide me with a replacement, they have failed to follow through on their promise. As a result, I remain trapped in this foul-smelling car, reminiscent of an old big guy occupying it for an entire yeara truly absurd situation. Adding insult to injury, they insist that the insurance company only covers the cheapest economy cars, even though I had been driving a Nissan 370z before the accident this is hardly comparable. Even the insurance representatives acknowledged that I qualified for an intermediate car. This stark deviation from my previous experiences during extended repairs is highly disappointing. Needless to say, my dissatisfaction with this establishment runs deep. The guys who work there sound so polite and truly felt they acknowledged my issue but its all smoke they are deceitful.
