In a moment of desperation when I had my water emergency, I ignored USAA's advice and went with "the other guy." I won't make that mistake again. USAA brought in Marc Serra, Willy and the crew, and over the course of months did a bang-up job of replacing my tile, repainting my walls, clearing out all the damage and making my garage better than new. So many small but important details to list here, but the crew were unfailingly polite, I had perfect trust in their having keys to my home, and the guys, especially Willy and the plumber who put my toilet back together, went above and beyond. I can't say enough about how pleased I am, and how much I wished I'd called in Belfor at the beginning. Nobody wants a big emergency, but if you have one, it helps to have a team that leaves your home in better shape than you had it before the accident(s). Well done, all. I don't leave a lot of reviews but feel one is necessary here now. I had a wash machine continue filling after it should have shut off. I had extensive water damage to my custom home. Hardwood floors that had to be replaced in most of the house, tile floors that had to be removed and replaced to make sure no black mold was present, multiple rooms that had to be redone. I felt overwhelmed. My insurance company contacted Belfor Properties in Springfield Oregon to do the repairs. One of their employees, Jason Reeves was assigned to oversee my repairs. If there was a rating higher than A+ I would give it to him. Their employee, Daniel did most of the repairs. If you ever need Belfor Property Restoration, try and get Daniel to do the work. He was fast, didn't cut any corners and never left a mess for me to deal with. He was always pleasant and listed to what I thought would be best for me. There were a couple of "snags" along the way but Jason handled them quickly and to my complete satisfaction. That is why the A++ for his part of the project. He was always available and only a phone call away. I could have left a short review by giving them an A+ but thought a bit more detail was needed to express how pleased I am with the final result. I can honestly recommend Belfor, without reservation, as my house was put back into before accident or better condition. Thank you again Jason and Daniel.

Never use this place . We are almost 8 months in and still not finished. All you get is we will be there today and will not see them for week or two. It takes them 2 or 3 times to get it almost done . They break your thing moving stuff around and don't care . . So be careful with having them even fix a dog house.

Requested an emergency smoke restoration service as a restaurant manager, and they came out within an hour and quickly got to work, despite the service call being outside of regular business hours. Enormous drop in smoke smell by the next morning. Their crew was friendly, professional, and worked quickly. It's clear they take their jobs seriously. Kept great lines of communication, and put a heavy emphasis on getting the job done right. Hopefully I won't need any property restoration in the future, but if I do, I will be happy to work with Belfor again.
