So I saw they had great reviews and wanted to come use their services. the shop is no longer located in springfield. even though google, the business website, and the graphic he uses in his emails when contacted, all say the shop is in springfield. if the shop recently moved, it's an easy mistake and not a big deal. but after driving 45 miles, requesting the day off work to make the scheduling work etc. I arrive to find a different business in the location. it wasted my entire day and cost me a lot of money. I'm going 2 stars instead of 1 because the person was friendly in all the emails and probably could work on a pc rather well. it's just unfortunate the y don't know how to update a website a year after they move locations
