Not a place I would recommend to work. Management is a joke. Bunch of clowns who dont care about employees and lie all the time. They will ask you to switch shifts and when you arrange everything they tell you never mind last minute. They lay you off with no warning at all. They never really promote within. And union representatives wont help at all or cant I dont know. If you get hurt while working they do everything they can to blame you even if it means they need to make something up.

I absolutely would not recommend employment at rosboro lumber. The pay is fine, the work it's self isn't bad. It's the management, the lies, and utter disregard for the employee union and the profound absence of employee respect.
