I just got kicked out today for them refusing me treatment in 2022 I seen nurse practitioner Chuck Noe (((which is now in Madison London rocking horse and Peter Seivers which came from Madison London rocking horse they switched places))) so I had to go back because I couldn't get into another doctor to get my medicine I was telling Peter Seivers about my experience back then unbeknownst to me that's his girlfriend so being the Karen that he is he made an incident report on me for talking about his girlfriend Chuck Noe I just got a call they wanted me to sign a behavioral contract not happening like me signing a piece of paper is going to stop me from kicking the Karen out of you.

Worst OBG office. Not only that but the wait time with an appointment is ridiculous to even get checked out. Appointments are always needing to be cancelled due to doctors not being there or sick for a week. Lobby is extremely dirty. Employees have the worst attitude and no help when asking questions.

This review is SOLELY about the CHIROPRACTIC Services, not any other division of Rocking Horse. One of the few places left in the world that just makes you feel good being there. I'm disappointed in myself because I was so eager to leave Dr. Thomas a raving review that I totally forgot to acknowledge the ladies. They are all an awesome team there. The receptionist, the assistant, and Dr. Thomas. The welcome is warm, the conversations and concern are sincere, and the doctor himself wastes no time. I haven't been able to walk right in over a year due to complications from severing my Achilles Tendon and having surgery on it. 5 VISITS! He got me right in only 5 visits. I still cant even believe it. Not only that, but contrary to the "diagnosis" of my referring doctor, he knew his stuff, told me what we were gonna work on, and I was already feeling better after the first visit. I am so thankful, that there are still people who believe in customer service, who care about their patients, and who show up for work to actually do their jobs. It makes a world of difference. If a chiropractor is what you're in need of, Dr. Thomas and the team is where you want to go. They treat you real good there. Thank you all so much. Sincerely.

I specifically told the Dr. NO I DID NOT WANT MY DAUGHTERS VACCINATED w/ this new HPV only to have her fill a tray FULL of vaccines and have a nurse bring them into our room! The nurse was just as confused as I was because she was in the room when I clearly stated NO! I understand offices get paid via the big pharmaceutical companies to push pills/vaccines etc. however this was blatantly disrespectful to my wishes as a mother. Fast forward to 2023 and the HPV vaccine has a law suit against them for making these children who received the vaccine STERILE , yes STERILE but dont take my word for it a simple google search will inform you better than I can!!!!! Needless to say after that appointment I never returned to the rocking horse care source factory!
