I can't say how awesome the sales people are here. I bought a practice amp and it had issues within 45 days and they were super accommodating with the return and getting a replacement. Buying here is way better than Amazon.

I was looking for a pro tenor sax for my granddaughter and after checking local music stores I reached out to Sam Ash in Springfield NJ. Thank god I did.
First a phone call to see if there were any in stock. Mr "O" was very knowledgeable and helpful. In spite of the monsoon weather, I drove to the store to see my options. There were many.
Mr O, Michael, was super. Attentive, respectful, all in with getting me what I needed. After a couple of hours in the store I walked out with a sax kit for my granddaughter plus a few needed items.
Highly recommend Sam Ash and if you're in the NY Metro area go to the store in Springfield NJ...Mr O is your man!!!
