I love this company! They gave me the best lawn of my life. I purchased my house 2 years ago with a yard of weeds, very little grass. Yesterday my husband mowed the lawn for the first time this year and we are over the moon! 2 overseeds and aerations and monthly sprays has given me a beautiful lawn! Hire them!

Sending spam mail with bold red lettering stating "Open at Once" and "to the immediate attention of". Will never resort to using a company that uses this method of advertising.

I am AMAZED by the work and dedication that Michael and Travis have put into my yard. They put customer service first, are extremely knowledgeable, and want to make sure the customer is happy. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you guys.

Very unprofessional company. Not willing to work work with people that must be home for them to work on their yard. They say they will, but they do not. They don't show up when they say. I will not use this company again and would not recommend them to others.
Response to Spring Green: You were good at calling the night before, however I had advised multiple times that the night before would not suffice and that you needed to schedule a time with me. I can't always make myself available that quickly. Also, there were multiple instances where you advised a time (such as would be there in the morning) then did not show up at all (not due to weather, as that wasn't an issue - just didn't show up, and no call given as a heads up or for an apology). There was always irritation in voices when I would advise I couldn't be available that next morning.
This last appointment: The tech phoned to advise a time. He called 3 times and hung up - no message. He latterly hung up and redialed 3 times. Didn't give time for me to wrap up what I was doing...just hung up and redialed. I let him know how unprofessional that was, and he did apologize. Wish that was the first time I had that kind of unprofessionalism with your company.
The tech advised 12:30. They did not show up until 1. Luckily I was home sick and could be available. When they got there they started using pellets. The previous visit I had talked to the tech to confirm that pellets would not be used due to my dogs. He said he never used pellets because it didn't do as good of a job. This tech told me that his truck sprayer was broken (may be using wrong term), and his only option was pellets. He said he would need to figure something else out. I told him to continue using the pellets on the front yard and not to worry about the back yard.

I trust Spring Green to take care of our lawn. After the fall aeration/overseeding/fertilization program, it has never looked better than it does now. Michael Christopher has provided excellent advice and planning for our lawn program, and in the event that there is a problem, he is willing to follow up and correct anything that needs to be corrected. Customer service is very important to us and it is why we continue to use Spring Green. Owner Jon Thurman is also a man of integrity that you can trust. I highly recommend Spring Green!
