image One star is too much for this place. This place is an absolute mess, I would not recommend stepping foot in there. My family has been here three times in the last week and each experience getting significantly worse, all involving the front desk and what I assume is the manager.
When I went first went, they rushed me back because the doctor needed to leave in 15 minutes, they said this to me. Luckily I was in a hurry too-and I thought it was just a fluke. When we took my daughter because it was the next available Dr appointment in all the cox walkins, the manager came out complaining about someone taking all the food, someone smoking in her car without asking, general office complaints youd expect in a break room, not a tiny lobby. The front desk women kept getting irritated at each other while doing their closing reports, another couple walked in And they were greeted with training advice about how they cant take anymore walk ins because theyre booked. They had a save my spot. I think we all felt uncomfortable.
Finally, my wife made an appointment with the chesterfield location after her appointment got canceled the day before by the s Campbell location because the doctor is leaving. She was pretty excited to find another Dr short notice since she had been waiting two weeks for the last appointment. Her appointment was at 9am at 9:02 they told her this Dr is leaving too, so she could not be seen. She continued to try to understand why she couldnt just have the appointment she signed up for. The manager (same woman who hates people smoking in her car-so dont do it employee who does) asked her in a waiting room full of people what was wrong with her that she needed an appointment so bad. When she stated she didnt feel comfortable explaining that to her, they asked her to sit down. They continued this come talk, sit down and wait cycle for an hour, in those conversations she was told she would get an appointment now, a rundown on how their doctors are moving around and not leaving, and theyre going to hire 2 more people (she really wanted to say she didnt care, but shes a nicer person than I am). She asked after an hour how long it would be, she was told she was one of the next people-3 more people got called before she finally got up and left.
There is the whole story. This experience has probably put us off from cox network altogether. This is an attritions place with poor management, no wonder they cant keep a doctor.

image This place is the most unprofessional business, let alone a doctors office. The doctor who saw my child was lovely, but the front desk situation makes any great doctor not worth it. This place should be avoided.
