AMR did a solid job and got the job done fast. they replaced an oil burning boiler that produces steam to heat my home. Price was also fair.

This past Tuesday, we woke up to no heat in the house and I reached out to AMR Inc located in Indian Orchard.
Service was excellent, arrived on site within a couple of hours.
Phil, the owner came out and diagnosed the issue to be a clogged supply line coming from the oil tank.
He cleared the line, changed the filter, and installed a safety valve in the tank to prevent any spillage in the event the line ever ruptured.
We had an awesome experience, very professional and explained the issue in detail.
Great company. Just wanted to share the great interaction that we had as we enter into the heating season.

AMR technician came to clean 2 oil boilers in our house. He cleaned one and said the other boiler was leaking and didn't clean it. I paid $160 for the cleaning of one boiler and $40 in parts for the other boiler that wasn't cleaned. The Manager came out and said that I needed a new boiler (it's less than 10 years old) and new oil tank.
I had a different company come out and said there is nothing wrong with the boiler and cleaned it. He also RE-Cleaned the other boiler that was cleaned by AMR.
This other company was so professional and honest and did the job right. I had them installed 2 new Oil Tanks for me, which I agreed needed replacement and saved $12k by not installing a new boiler.
I originally called AMR because they are local and did not appreciate being taken advantage of. Be cautious with this company and get add'l estimates from other heat service providers.
