They don't keep appointments they don't call back they don't set up appointments with you or even tell you. They unassigned my counselor and it's been over a year. Thanks to their negligence my life is spiraling down and I will be sueing for malpractice.

CHD will not help if any potential liability might happen. If you need emergency, call 911 if less, good luck (your worth it, but this company blows).

If I could give no stars I would. They don't pay their clients bills on time or for several months which can leave them getting shut off notices or quit notices from their landlords. They mishandle clients money and then blame the client.
