Was seriously misled by sales stating i could continue to use my own iphone when i ported my number over from another carrier only to find out boost does NOT let you use any phones from straight talk wireless which is who i ported over from. I was not asked or advised about any locked phone issues. Thats their profession not mine. So again they dropped the ball. i attempted to deal with the store manager AND owner to resolve this as they told me using my own phone was not an issue .I got offered a "discount " on unlocking my phone when they were the ones who blatantly misinformed me in the first place , their error, when this is their profession and should have not ill and wrongly advised me in tbe first place. This place does not own up to their mistakes or fix issues they created. Just another way to bleed more money out of you by charging you to fix their screw ups.
