I have called IDOR like 5 times or so and except one time Ive received great response from the phone reps. I dont think the negative reviews are for the people who answer the phone, because most of them are awesome and have a lot of knowledge. I spoke today to Chris from the Business line and he was amazing. He gave me the answers and solutions to the issues i was facing. Unfortunately the line disconnected before I could give him a review and Im not sure if he in Springfield, but he answered all my questions so patiently. I also spoke to Stephanie and she helped me answer some individual tax account questions as well. If majority of my calls resulted in great responses, I have to believe majority of people on the phone are good knowledgeable people.

First time I have called in over 5 years. Spoke with a Stephanie and she was probably one of the rudest people. I simply asked for their address so I can make my payment. You would have thought I was asking about her cars extended warranty the way she acted. If people calling in is such a burden, maybe make sure you have the correct address listed when sending mail asking for a payment.
