I am a resident @ 333 Holly formally Holly Creek Apartments for 20yrs.I started having severe difficulties with my telecommications & all the companies I have spoken with have stated it wasn't with on them. Fothermore,Im not the only individual who has had severe problems,it's everyone that comes to my home with different companies resulting in several different problems here. I would like to have a meeting with owners.These difficulties started approx. 3yrs. Ago. This has intereferred with many things involving the phone,internet,etcetera...The Management hasnt been very little or no help in other matters.They are dismissive & don't speak to you very well. Their are severe neighbor disturbances. most recent,there was an incident were I was attempting to eat dinner alittte over over a WK ago & literally almost choked(To the point where my breathing was interrupted for (2-3seconds.) .This was due to being stressed from previous ongoing loud noise..I hope & prayed we can get these matters resolved..

I have been a tenant here since 2018 and I am beginning to believe that my time here has come to a close.
I have always paid my rent on time, I've abided by every rule, and I've never made any complaints. However, this relocation/renovation mess has been absolutely horrific.
On May 21st we had our relocation meeting and we were told not to bring linen, microwaves, and dishes. We were also told that our units would be clean and there would be no issues of pests or anything of that nature. When I moved into my "hotel unit" June 21st, there were roaches in the kitchen and crawling under the couch they provided. I immediately went to the
leasing office to voice my concerns and they reassured me pest control would come that Wednesday, June 23rd. However, that following morning there was a roach crawling in the washer machine they provided with my clean clothing in it. I reached out several times and nothing has changed.
I have only cooked 3 meals in the unit, and have decided to just buy meals when I can, and eat in my vehicle. The internet does not work, the microwave never came, and the linen was never provided. In fact they encouraged me to use my own, which is totally contradictory to what I was told before in the meeting and in the 4 letters of warning about the relocation.
I have never been so stressed in my life. After working a long day I came home and they were crawling all over the walls. I am a single young woman and I feel helpless at this point. I can only imagine the conditions of the elderly folks that have been relocated.
I understand this is income based housing, but EVERYONE deserves to be treated with dignity and be given the opportunity to have habitable housing. If you are looking for that at this property, you will never find it.
I will attach photos of the roaches I have had to kill just this week. I couldn't stomach taken pictures before, but I am at my wits end.

Where do I start? I was moved out of my apartment with the promises of an upgrade. My washer/dryer had to be sold, donated, or stored at my expense because we were no longer allowed to use our own.
The move was to an apartment in the complex that had rodents running in the wall all night and horrible neighbors who were temporarily being housed here from another complex owned by the management company.
I was moved back and was immediately disappointed. Yes, there were new appliances and new countertops but the faux wood laminate was here prior to the move. The paint on the main walls were in 1 thin layer that was still tacky. The movers scraped a great deal of it off by leaning paintings, furniture, and boxes on it. Seriously, you can scratch it off with your fingernail. The doors and cabinets were barely coated in fresh white paint. You can see through it in some areas. They painted over nails in the wall, a child's sticker, previous paint patches without sanding it down, etc. The tape job on the ceilings where cuts were made for the sprinklers are evident. Grout is covering tiles. Windows aren't caulked. Also, rodents are now running at night across the ceiling. They had the ceiling open. It would have been the perfect time to call pest control! There have been storms and the windows have no trim the patios are stained with white powder that you can't help but track in (even after wiping your feet).
This was a half-done quickie flip by management to boost applications and apartment prices. There is very little luxury unless you are accustomed to living at the very bottom of a barrel. A new name and cheap paint does not change the quality of the place. These apartments are average at best.
You may ask why not bring issues to management. I have. Repeatedly. I was told they would probably not be addressed until after renovations. I hope that whatever is living in my walls doesn't eat through to greet me, have babies, or die in the walls by then as they have been renovating all of 2021.
*I see the response but you already told me nothing would be done. What would calling again do? Prompt retaliation? I just want to live in a safe, rodent free home where maintenance maintains the property, not fills your apartment with smoke because they've chainsmoked before entering. I was literally nauseous afterward. My mask smelled of smoke.
