Terry went above and beyond our expectations! She was able to not only get our loan approved in a timely manner, but she beat out a second mortgage company we were considering. The rate and downpayment were both considerably lower than the other lender we applied with. Her honesty, communication,attentiveness, and experience helped us get our home! Even though I was applying for the loan she always welcomed questions from my wife and made us feel really comfortable. She was accesible and never seemed to busy for us. What we liked most about Terry is that she stayed with us through out the entire process from the first call to the last she was our personal loan officer. Even through the underwriting she was our point of contact. If they needed something she was on it! She didnt hand us off to the next person. With the other mortgage company we were dealing with almost 10 different people and felt like we were having to repeat our story every single time we were passed down to the next couple department/person.
God blessed us with leading us to just the right person to handle our loan and home buying experience! 100 percent satisfied and we have already referred her to people that are shopping for homes.
We will also be back for any new mortgage loans or refinancing deals. She is now our go to when it comes to Mortgage Loan needs!
