Rude and insensitive staff who will spam your email to get you to sign preclosing documents, even when you're in the option period waiting for the other party to agree to terms.
Then they're going to try to pass off the cost of doing business to you instead of paying it themselves. Going to be interesting when I close next week.

How is this company in business? Maybe I was just unlucky. In over 30 years in real estate and countless closings, I had never experienced what I had to endured to refinance my 2 office buildings.
Texas American did not answer any of my phone calls, did not follow up to get the payoff amounts on the properties, when I called to talk to the manager because of how long it was taking to close and the lack of communication, I did not get a call back either.
This is my first ever bad review to any company. I believe that if I have nothing good to say about someone, I say nothing. This time their lack of professionalism was such that I had to share my experience with others.
