Joined THCF from April - July while PCSing. I had the most amazing time. All the coaches are friendly, very knowledgeable, and have created a true CrossFit community. The other athletes are just as amazing as the coaches.
The variety of programs are great for all ability levels and skill sets, the 24/7 box availability, and the ROMWOD is a great opportunity to take advantage of.
The attached coffee shop is a huge bonus.

A great gym. It feels like a community and the coaches care about our well-being. The programming is responsive based on what we log into Wodify. Two great locations, 24-hour accessits in the top 3 gyms Ive been to in my 10 years of Crossfiting journey.

Justin, Tina, Coaches, and the Box simply OUTSTANDING!! I am a Above Knee Amputee, never once did I feel uncomfortable or out of place at Tarheel Crossfit. What ever your fitness level, goals, and ambitions are the family at Tarheel Crossfit will help you get there! On a very personal level, I went through one of the toughest times of my life there. The family at Tarheel Crossfit helped me tremendously in and outside the box.
Although life has taken me out of the area, I know I always have a home at Tarheel Crossfit! Love and miss you all!

Started here about a month ago and Im loving it. The quality of people is amazing. Everyone is friendly and welcoming more importantly, everyone wants everyone to get better. The equipment is premium, the atmosphere and energy is great compared to other gyms Ive been too.
Anyway, great gym, whether you are just beginning your fitness journey or you are an advanced lifter, this is a great spot.
Also, something must be in the barbells because Ive been hitting PRs eves since I started.
