After two very unprofessional experiences with the salesman "Lane", we will never go back. Extremely rude, disrespectful to my wife, myself and my general contractor who has also said he was an absolute JERK to him as well! We went to WESCO and Grainger afterwards in which both were very professional, and we will happily give them our business instead.

First time I had ever called this place. 3 attempts with them just hanging up the phone on me without even talking to them at all. This not a good way to do business and to bring in new customers at all. I felt i should bring this to your business attention on this so you can fix this and continue to be a future problem.
