Very poor customer service. Their hours of operation are limited, so contact them via email. 1 month later, no response. Called their number, but a voicemail and left a message, leaving my phone number twice. 2 weeks later, no phone call back. I will definitely be liking for somewhere else, even though this fly by night company was recommended by 2 reputable DME suppliers.

In May of last year these folks brought a wheelchair to my rescue when I needed it ASAP, while at a convention. Not only did they deliver it quickly, They picked it up on schedule when I was done. And all for reasonable price with friendly service. I plan on renting from them again in 2024 and Highly recommend them.

We needed a wheelchair and Mike came through! He's super knowledgable! He worked hard to accommodate our needs; no insurance, short notice. We got an older power chair and its a great fit.

Went there to find a new wheelchair for my dad. Could not figure out where to park, where the door is, or how you get someone in a wheelchair in there
