Moved in a week ago. Nice neighbors n very quiet. Love it here. I wanna edit my review since I dont live there anymore, I enjoyed living in this park a lot. Its clean, people are very friendly, (except for one! ) you know there always has to be ONE! Hes is the one posting all of these complaints. What he doesnt tell u I He left his bins in street for over a year. Making it really hard to park in ur own driveway. Then when he removed the bins finally, he put up an illegal fence. There are not supposed to be any fences. He also called police so many times about stupid things that they dont even respond anymore. They would laugh to us and just let us know a complaint was made. He has gone into personal mailboxes (against the law) rather than just trying to get along. He blows his yard waste into middle of the road figuring someone else has to clean it. The idea behind a blower is to blow excess into ur your own yard to make everything look good. The person who he shows blowing into his yard, did so after he blew all his debris into that persons yard. In closing, I have to say, people who live in glass houses should not throw stones. Most everyone in that park is respectful and tries to get along but like I said there always has to be ONE! I have to also say, if it was me, and everyone around me says Im the problem, Id either try to get along or move. Because they arent the problem, you are. But thats just my opinion. Too bad nobody caught the person on camera who poisoned their dog. Wouldnt that have been something to see Big Burchie? P.S. New management company has handled things very professionally and if ur looking to find a nice, quiet well run and very affordable park. U might check this place out!

Since Commonwealth out of Bellview took over they haven't corrected any violations or complaints in almost 2 yrs. Giant plastic tarps hanging from roofs, people with 10 cars blocking driveways, loose dogs running wild, garbage bins stored on street for 9 months straight, piles of debris stored on lots, cars parked in fire lane, ECT. The regional manager will not address these issues he has way too many properties to care for

Getting less an less kid friendly, the owner thinks this is her own communism country an she's the overlord. Trash for park is always overflowing even though they raised rent rate because of this an didnt even add a bin. Park managers kids can have trampoline but people who live in park can't even have a basketball hoop set up. If your lookn for a mobile home park, avoid this s!#tbox. Can't wait to find property dang..
