I wish a negative rating was available.
My mother is a senior citizen on a fixed income, with leukemia and lupus. Currently her unit is flooded (for the 8th time). I reside in New Jersey and there is no real management number for me to reach out to. Josh has been so kind enough to offer her a fan to help her for the next 24 hours. Wow! Way to go Josh.
While visiting I smelled mold behind her sofa from a previous flood (sadly, she did not notice). They did the exact same thing, offered her a fan. I just think any community that operates like this should be ashamed and either offer a hotel room while they fix the issue or a different unit. Have some compassion would you want your mother treated like this?

Okay place to live. A 1b1b is like $805 and be sure to pay an arm and a leg to hire a maid because after three years of keeping it spotless I still only got 1/5th of my deposit back. Also be careful and don't cook cuz the stovepans are like $25!!! Maintaince is fast. Quite hours are a joke :)
