image World's worst scheduling department.
No online scheduling unless you want a mammogram.
They expect you to call their scheduling department, which is so perpetually understaffed I've sat on hold for over half an hour with no one ever bothering to pick up the phone.
An "average" hold time is at least 15-20 minutes no matter when you call.
I sat on hold today just to schedule a CT for 32 minutes before I finally had to hang up.
It's ridiculous and unacceptable, especially in 2024. You should be able to schedule any of this online, and they should staff their scheduling desk properly rather than making their patient pay for their corporate cheapness and/or incompetence at staffing a basic call center.

image This was hands down an amazing experience. Our son needed an IV for contrast and has medical trauma involving needles. This clinic has the most amazing nurse that did an amazing job getting his IV in. Everyone was so kind and understanding. Hopefully this experience lessened his trauma going forward.

image The staff were absolutely lovely to me. They explained the whole MRI procedure to me so that I wasn't wondering what the hell was going on with all the noise. I have a HUGE fear of needles and they were so accommodating. The wait time was a bit long, but I suppose that's to be expected at any doctor's office.

image Had an MRI for my shoulder through my L&I claim over a year ago, and because their billing department has no actual training nor oversight they're now trying to bill me personally because of their own mistakes with my L&I claim. How embarrassing of a company to say that it is my responsibility to pay for an MRI even though they originally approved it with my L&I claim. First off it is 100% illegal to bill me and again just embarrassing that nobody there has that actual knowledge.
