The dentist doesn't clean teeth very well, and I think he does it on purpose so you'll pay for another cleaning. I've mentioned this to the staff and they don't seem to care. They go along with it so they will get paid more too.

I had an amazing experience here at Comfort Dental. I was seen by Dr. Moss. He was extremely kind and patient and professional. I came here for a second opinion and I am so glad I did. I definitely will be only coming here from here on out. He took detailed x-rays and pictures of a tooth that I was told needed a root canal or extracted. Dr. Moss saved the tooth and explained all it was needing was a filling to fix it. I so recommend this office and Dr. Moss and his amazing support staff team.

I missed my appointment today due to me not being able to get off work when I thought I would be able to in time to make it. I called them as they left a voicemail saying I can no longer go there if I dont come in. They said I have had past call outs in 2017 and 2016!!! Are you kidding me!? Then, she said I did same day call out last year when I was pregnant! I woke up that day feeling sick and contracting and couldnt make it. The front desk lady said well we have a 24hr call out police how was I supposed to know I was going to be sick when I woke up?! I was pregnant! Everything was hit and miss on a day to day. I wont be going back there. Thats crazy how rude the lady was that answered and left me a voicemail. Dont do customer service if you cant be nice.

First off Jennifer answers. I am new to the Spokane area and called this office to ask questions such as how long have they been open, if their family oriented (because I have gone to the same dentistry in LA my whole life) and if they accept my insurance. Currently, I am only able to be on state insurance due to my situation, and I notified Jennifer of this. Jennifer, then proceeds to tell me that she has to check that insurance on a month-to-month basis and I cant pre-book an appointment because in the event I make an appointment and my insurance doesnt go through for that month it would be creating extra work for her per her wordswell what happens if my insurance declines because my fianc and I are working hard to not have to have it and on our feet? WOW as a nationally certified Pharmacy Technician I am seriously mind blown I would go above and beyond for patients constantly with references to prove it. NEVER DO I WANT TO GO HERE AND NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS FOR BEING ON A STATE MEDICAID INSURANCE!!! IS THIS LEGAL?! I feel like this is total injustice. I actually am ready to call a lawyer about the way she treated me. No one should have to deal with that especially me as a mom who is home with my 9 month old just trying to get my teeth cleaned or an appointment booked since they are always known to be booked.no compassion from Jennifer just selfish movements of not wanting to take on the extra work load per her words. Below is a very trained response that a computer program teaches with new hires for patients. Complete injustice. Proper thing is to go ahead and make an appt for the patient without being worried about having the extra work of checking up on a patient to check their coverage. Attached is a voicemail I got from Jennifer after trying to call to speak with her manager to confirm everything, but instead spoke with her colleague because the manager is the Doctor who own this place. Never gave a threat. Just tried to get clarity which I did from Tina about their policy and unfortunately they dont want to be told to do a better job. Its ok going to find a different dental or go travel for one.
