I get the same lady every time no matter what. She does a HORRIBLE job. I do not get her by choice. I try to get someone else but she is always the only one available which is untrue. Will not get out the ingrowns. Only files straight across the toe nail even when u ask to shape and not be sharp. I have been other places in town and keep going back hoping to get someone else due to the location. They always put me with her.

IF I COULD WRITE A REVIEW WITH OUT GIVING STARS I WOULD I HAD TO FILE MY NAILS OF SHORT CAUSE I WAS EATING CHICKING AND THEY WARPED TO A WERID SHAPE AT THE ENDS NEVER IN ALL THE YEARS OF GETTING NAIL HAVE I EVER HAD MY NAILS DO THIS WILL BE CALLING THEM ABOUT A REFUND NOT ONLY THAT BUT SHE CUT ME WITH A FILE AND MY FINGERS ARE SORE TODAY THEY ARE SUPER THIN THEY HAVE AIR BUBBLES IN THEM STRIKES FROM THE ACRYLIC AND THE 4 THAT WAS THERE SPOKE IN THIER LANGUAGE THE ENTIRE TIME IM SUPER SUPER SUPER UNHAPPY....
