I used this company a couple years ago for my grandmother . The realtor is no longer with them but I needed some info on the closing for tax purposes. I called and a realtor contacted me about looking for a home but couldnt help me. She sent the owner an email asking him to help me . No response. I finally found the closing attorney who provided the info. All my numerous emails to them did was to put me on their spam list so now I receive lots of email about listing. The sale was fine but service after the sake was very poor.

My house went under contract on Sept 29th. On Sept 30th, Jeffrey decided to allow a couple to tour the house despite being told that it was under contract. Upon leaving the back door and the detached garage were left open. It was latter determined that about $2000 worth of camping equipment, yard equipment, and children's toys were stolen. My realtor and I have been trying to get in touch with Jeffrey and his broker for over a week to no response. Since his emails are no longer being monitored as it appears, I hope he will address this complaint here.
Follow up: Agent called after review posted and gave me his side of the story. Unfortunately, he could have returned my original call two weeks ago when I needed information for the police report.....
