The rental spaces are very clean and neat . I had heard that the customer service here was great . Tammy helped me with the security codes and finding my rental area even though she did not have to do so. She really went above and beyond to assist me.

RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! I (a black female) walked into this facility and said, "Hello" to the three white males on site. Two of the men were employees. NEITHER OF THEM OPENED THEIR MOUTH TO SPEAK BACK! How freakin' rude! I immediately let them know that I will spend my money with another establishment that's a little more people-friendly, and I turned around & walked out. The old geezers that work there looked so disgruntled & unhappy, and I don't entertain that kind of negative energy. Plus, I know the value & worth of my spending power, and I refuse to do business or spend my money with rude jokers! PERIOD!!!

I would give this place 0 stars if I could, but unfortunately, I had to do 1 star because it would not allow me to write this review. BEWARE of this location, they do not have a procedure in place to walk the units daily to ensure that the outside units are secure. Our unit was broken into, they did not find it we did after 3 months of renting with them. They easily could have noticed due to the damage that was done to the unit, but they DO NOT walk these units at all, so BEWARE! If you do rent from them, get an inside unit, but if you have to get an outside unit please make sure you get the highest amount of insurance possible. Also make sure they complete your process completely as it took them 3 times to complete mine and in the end it was wrong. Where you think it is secure, it is not. I would advise going to your unit weekly to make sure it is in order, if not it could get broken into like mine and they would not be aware until you make it aware to them. It has been a long process to finalize this situation, over 5 months. I will never use this location again to store any of my belongings as we lost everything and they did not show any urgency to rectify the situation.

Rented a truck from this location. The employees appeared to work together and get along. Everybody was busy I waited in a short line . The cashier and staff was friendly I think if possible I will only rent from this location very well organized I found my way around and that's not easy just want to thank you all for your help.
