Quick, professional service. I was able to make an online appointment and the person providing my notary service was very kind. Price was reasonable considering the level of professionalism we received.

I had to use this store again, and let me tell you theres a young man named Ryan that went above and beyond! Great customer service. Helped me with my packages when it was close to closing time and didnt give me the weird vibes I got when I went at the same time last month
I cant get to the store until I finish work, so I apologize for coming right before closing time, but I have no choice. Thank you, Ryan for making me feel comfortable my packages would arrive safely and securely!

Unfriendly staff. Walked in with an Amazon return . I didn't have anything to put it in bc it came to me shrink wrapped. The guy at the desk wanted to charge me $10 for one of their bags. I was so surprised by the high price . He said I could get ANY bag and put it in that.
So I told him I would run down to Job Lot and be right back. I double wrapped it in 2 large tie black trash bags. Came back. He told me I couldn't put it in
a trash bag but he would allow, it this time. I replied that he told me a trash bag would be fine. He abruptly said, I did not say a trash bag, I said a bag. But he had this smug, abrupt and harsh way about him while saying it. I would like to ask him what other kind of bag did he really think I could get at Job Lot when he sent me off? He should have been specific bc it was a long rug runner and I don't think I have many options lol
There were a lot of people in line behind me and I became a little frazzled by his reply so much so that I forgot my receipt and he called me back for it. I told him so but he just smugly shot me a look. The whole interaction was completely unnecessary. I do appreciate that he took the package regardless but there is a way to deal with customers and this is not one of them. It's not hard to be nice while letting customers know for future packages how to properly do things. Fed ex in Vernon is so much nicer and they allow returns with ANY kind of bags. It's unfortunate that with returns we only have certain options.
I gave 2 stars for allowing my packages in the bag I came back with. As far as customer service you get a zero if I could give you it.
