I've been using A1 since the early 90s, and I give Jack five stars only because i can't give 10! Recently thought I was going to have to buy a new dryer as it wasn't drying my clothes, but Jack came out, found a clog in the outside vent cap, cleaned it out & it's good as new! Also replaced my old plastic venting with new fireproof kind. Great service, good prices, always reliable.
