John Beierle of Pinnacle Realty Associates was a blessing to our family! Wed been exasperatingly searching for a house in the Highland Lakes NJ community for over a year & a half to no avail!! We found a home that had been on the market for months. John used his extensive real estate experience to put in a lower offer which was accepted. He had us have all of our ducks lined up in a row which included immediate inspections and attorney review. We ended up with a fully renovated home with over 1200 sq ft, new electrical, septic, well and great drainage all on a decent sized, usable piece of property in Highland Lakes. John and our attorney aggressively advocated on our behalf and even got the seller to make minor but important repairs before closing. We knew we werent Johns only clients, but we definitely felt like we were.
He was proactive! He reached out! And provided us with updates without us having to ask during and after the transaction. Thank you John!
