I am a grad student and had a paper due on Monday. My computer would not go into Windows no matter what I did. It would not repair itself. I called around and either there was no answer or they could not guarantee they would have my computer back to me any time soon and also, they said they charge a diagnostic fee just to look at it. I called Dave and was immediately relieved when he said I could just drop it off at his house and he would have it ready by Sunday afternoon which he did. I highly recommend Dave and also thrilled that he does not charge a fee just to look at the computer.
