I began the process of getting 2 placards for a couple tenants in a commercial building I over see in November, I sent all the files & information they needed in the middle of November & unfortunately we are almost into March & I have hardly had any updates on the progress. I was then told they would be done in a week & almost another 2 months later & still nothing.
