image Our waiter is normally great. However the food is always stale or old tasting and the place needs a good cleaning. This makes 5 times of coming and its hit and miss. Rolls are always amazing!

image Bad Service. The food was good. The restaurant was not that clean.

image Not our first visit over the last three years of living in this community but first time to finally write an overdue and honest review to help traveling patrons wanting to stop for a decent meal. Maybe we just had bad luck but I am pretty sure our experience was not an anomaly for this location. The hostess was ridiculously unwelcoming: We smiled and greeted her and she refused to even make eye contact with us or say one word in return, other than "How man?". She seemed to either be having the worst day ever in her personal life or just hated her job and didn't care one iota about respecting her own set of standards for social skills, much less respecting that of the business reputation that provides her paychecks. She walked us to a table, without pause to or any word of, " your server will be ...". She just slapped the menus on the table in stride and kept on walking without skipping a beat. Strangest behavior I have seen in a "hostess", ever in 50 years of life. The food service industry can be brutal because of the high demands of unruly and impossible to please customers but when you get a happy and polite family, try to muster up some sort of smile or short exchange of conversation if you hold the position if Hostess. Thankfully, our server was incredibly kind, welcoming and personable. She certainly made every effort to make our visit pleasant with social interaction and it was greatly appreciated. The food was late in delivery, room temperature at best and the garlic bread that was supposed to accompany one of our dishes, literally was served at the end of the meal. We hadn't said a word to anyone and just chalked it up to confirmation that after three years and three visits, this business wasn't worth patronizing. Never a managerial walk by but rather he just stands by the food window of the kitchen, laughing and talking with employees that look miserable. Definitely not a large volume of patrons to justify long waits and lack of attentiveness, much less non working and filthy dirty blinds and wall paneling adjacent your dining table. I don't think I have ever written a review such as this but it just felt necessary to hopefully awaken the management towards evaluation of how they can work towards creating a new environment for employees and patrons.

image We haven't been into Logan's in quite a long time we wanted something different and figured we give it a shot. The food was horrible. We ordered the smokehouse bone in ribeye this is a $31 steak. We ordered both of them medium rare and they came to the table well done. The server did ask if we wanted them recognize and send them back to the kitchen however she was the one having to go back to the kitchen to check on them to make sure they didn't get over cooked. When they came out the next time they were less than rare but we didn't want to send them back again. The potato skins had no flavor to them there was no seasoning on the actual potato itself it was just a broil potato with cheese and bacon. The rolls however were good. The servers personality and attention to making sure our food was right really did make up for the experience but we won't be back.
