Contracted Trans Landscaping to turn my ugly yard into a beautiful sanctuary for my family and pets. I had them lay sod, build two decorative rock walls with to put in flower beds. Tom and his crew worked quickly, but transformed the backyard. I got three quotes and but he was able to squeeze me in quickly and was the best price. Thanks Tom!! Great customer service high quality of work. Retaining wall was completed in time frame i was told. Cedar fence is great i get many compliments. It was the best price out of three quotes. Was impressed that I received a call back as I've tried to get a hold of too many companies and no one ever even called back. I need my fence done and we were able to set up a time and day, he was easy to work with as far as that goes. I texted prior to the appointment to make sure that they were coming. I just wanted to be certain that I would be waiting and someone would show. I didn't get a response to my first text, nor did anyone answer the phone or respond to my 2nd text almost 40 minutes after out scheduled time . It's now 45 minutes past time and still no call or text. Just disappointed. If something happened to make the time not work, then I should have been notified as my time is also important.
