Great workers! However when I spoke with Mark (after he received the deposit). He had no customer service skills whatsoever. Intially I was told the my yard would be done on a Thursday. No one showed up so I contacted Mark about it. He was very passive with no apology and told me that the guys are coming Monday. The job was pretty much completed on Monday, I was just missing a plant. The worker told me Mark would be out Tuesday. Well Wednesday rolled around I asked Mark politely what's the status of plant. His exact words where... "They were there yesterday and finished the rock and things happen in business it's just life I realy don't see the big deal.
We have one plant to install, not a big deal I will have them swing by tomorrow morning first thing and take care of it"
