Beautifully redecorated rooms. Our only concern is lack of handicap accommodations in bathroom. Great front desk service and lovely continental breakfast. Grounds,pool areas are well maintained. Great location. We had a wonderful stay. Recommend highly. Our only concern is no modifications for handicapped persons.

We had a horrible experience at this place. The bathroom shower had a huge leak when you turned it on. Soaked the bathroom from the ceiling to the walls and floor.
When I told the woman at the front desk she gave me an attitude. I asked for the manager.The woman told me she would call me. After a week, she didn't
I called. I was told she wasn't in because she couldn't get her car out of the garage. But she would call me. Three months have gone by and no call. Obviously customer satisfaction is not their concern.

Went for a hockey tourney and the hotel fit the bill. Service was decent. Location was fine for February in the Cape. Pool and hot tub couldve used some cleaning up but we used both a lot.
