      image They won't fix my phone screen for free like they supposed to do yet they are supposed to be able to do it in store and they refuse to maybe I'll refuse to pay my bill

      image Worst customer service I had experienced with Verizon, secondary was created beside my account without my knowledge and when I complained about it theres no help from Verizon team so I decided to transfer my account into an other carrier
