      image I just purchased an HVAC system which had been installed a few weeks ago. We were having some concerns about alerts that we were receiving from the thermostat. Dave came and helped me figure out what was going on and gave me more explanation about how to operate my thermostat. I appreciated the time that he gave me in answering my questions and putting my mind at ease.

      image Nick gave us good notice before he arrived at our rental property. He was friendly and diagnosed the issue with our water heater quickly. He was able to get a new heater installed on the same day, which was above what I expected. Since it was a rental property with multiple tenants it was important to have the work done quickly with minimal disruption. He finished ahead of when he originally estimated. He communicated with us throughout the afternoon and everything turned out to our satisfaction.
