Susan Steinman was more interested in talking about herself and skiing than actually helping our family. She erroneously sent sensitive emails addressed to me to my ex-husband and emails meant only for him to me. She was careless, unorganized, forgot information from session to session, made assumptions she should not have made in short, she was unprofessional in the extreme. To say she is ineffective is a gross understatement. In fact, I feel she caused serious harm to my daughter and our family. Quite the opposite of what we expected from someone who professes to be a therapist. I cannot believe she is still practicing. Avoid her at all cost.
