      image Disliked the fact that they posted themselves as having an elevator which in fact they don't, I had an elderly person which made it a bit more difficult for us. We decided to stay after all, ok location to stay service is great, free breakfast ok, rooms clean but they do have some roaches but saw it as we were leaving.

      image Absolutely dreadful experience at this hotel. Not only were we unfairly charged for soiled linen, which my son unfortunately vomited on, but the housekeeper also stole my daughter's $200 necklace right from our room. To make matters worse, the hotel had a severe roach infestation, and our toilet was clogged upon arrival, with the staff offering no help not even a plunger. The level of cleanliness and integrity at this establishment is appalling, and I would strongly advise against staying here unless you enjoy being taken advantage of and encountering vermin." The front desk staff were polite, But the breakfast staff and the housekeepers were very rude. And clearly a thief.

      As spoken over the phone. Our housekeeping department pulled the stained sheets and towels from your room. We would not be able to reuse them as per brand rules so there was a charge for stains. No roaches were reported during your stay and no call was made regarding a lost necklace. It was until you noticed the charge and started making complaints regarding your stay and falsely started accusing our housekeeper of taking your daughters belongs. You also went ahead and called back to start calling her names over the phone which was uncalled for.

      Went to check in and they had rented out our room we booked 4 months ago. I needed a ground floor; I have bad legs and can't climb stairs. Clerk was no help and stated we must stay on 2nd floor. Would not give us a ground floor that we had booked and needed. I attempted to climb the stairs and fell all the way to bottom. I could not walk for 2 days, was scraped and bruised. They over charged us for 2 nights even after they told us it would be the same price. I am going to call corporate and possibly get a lawyer. Don't book here at the Ramada!

      When making a reservation we guarantee the room type, unfortunately not the room number nor 1st or 2nd floor. We have always asked our guest to contact us the morning of arrival if any special request are made.

      image Good hotel, every time I visit SPI it is always my place to stay, it is simple but complete, economical, access to the sea, it does not have activities however they make the stay enjoyable
