Transferred my scripts to Walmart. I had One pack of cookies they wouldn't let me pay for when I picked up my medicine. At Walmart you Don't have to stand in a Separate Long line to pay for One item. Ridiculous!

Original review: Excellent PHARMACY service . I have struggled monthly with the Walgreens and CVS pharmacies in this area (Dolton, South Holland, Riverdale, Calumet Park). Pharmacy at the Jewl in South Holland is very knowledgeable and able to quickly resolve issues . I was able to transfer my prescription here super fast, no issues . Woman on the phone was very nice . Highly recommend this pharmacy.

Changed from five stars to four. Pharmacy manager was excellent, but staff was a little rude. Thank you so much to the manager for bringing some class and manners to this location.
The store experience was terrible from the parking lot , all throughout the store . Pharmacy still did a great job , but I am trying Homewood pharmacy next , or maybe Tinley Park . Willing to take the drive for a better experience . I would be so embarrassed if I had my family with me to see how bad this store is .

Got my flu shot there on Wednesday 2 members of the pharmacy staff very rude I completed my paperwork and didnt check what vaccine I was there for went and sat down in the chairs by the pharmacy I was overhead paged by this rude woman at the desk and she literally reamed me for not checking flu shot on the form as I was walking back to the counter I overheard the he lady and another staff member talking about me because I put the form down and sat down I guess they thought I was shopping I sat down because they were taking a long time and I have spine issues and needed to sit down first and last time I will get a vaccine from them very poor customer service I reported it to the pharmacist that gave me the vaccine.

The Pharmacy Staff in South Holland is excellent. Their reviews shouldn't be confused with the General Store reviews. They're friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and go over and beyond to help sort out and resolve problems with Insurance CO's and Prescribers etc. when they arise. They'll call you if there's any issues and work with you to help get them resolved.
Anna, Javier, Breanne, Leticia and the rest of the staff are all Gems.
You'll never want to go to the Walgreens Pharmacy in SH ever again in life after visiting this pharmacy.
They acknowledge you when waiting. Long lines are rare and they answer the phones.
