I had my bathtub refinished 6 months ago by these people, the finished failed and the product that was installed delaminated. A 6" bubbly eventually pop'd and turned into a hole at the bottom center of the tub. My review is not so much of the poor the installation yet of the fact that after 4 phone calls and 8 weeks of waiting for a call returned, still nothing. I would have gladly paid these people to return and fix the tub yet ended up buying a kit online and doing it myself. Do not use these people, they do not stand by their work. The installer was poorly equipped, had a child with him under the age of 12 and he made him sit in his truck the entire time and the installer was not an employee yet a subcontracted person with his own vehicle, which was barely roadworthy..

I had such a positive experience with L & L Enterprises. I generally do not write reviews about the companies that I use however this company needs mention made of their work their expertise and the quality of the work done. I began with trying to match the color of my tub to the color of my toilet which was a baby blue. The color match was absolutely perfect. I had this done 6 months ago. I am so pleased with the work done. My tub looks exactly like it looked when the work was completed, no color fading no drips nothing other than excellent excellent work. I have never had such an experience with contractors leaving things exactly as they were before they arrived. They work so neatly. The service person that arrived was courteous professionl, and his attention to detail was spot on. After the Tub was refinished I noticed that the grout in my bathroom walls was looked poorly. I had scrubbed that tile so many times but I could not get it looking the way it should. I called L & L Enterprises to ask if they refinished bathroom walls. I was told they did. I had the same positive experience as I did with my tub refinishing. Another service tech arrived and worked in the exact same way as the first one did professional courteous and extreme attention to detail. I would highly recommend this company. I will call them in the future when I begin to remodel my second bathroom. They are a five star company. Carla Wilson

L&L did an excellent job of refurbishing our bathtub and surround. The tub looks like new. Very satisfied with their work.
