This is the worst sears store I have ever been to not only do the employees know nothing about what they are selling they are disrepectful. They also don't stand by their warrantys.

Excellent service, I purchased a tractor and it didn't fit on my trailer without removing the side walls. Joe helped me through the whole process of securing the trailer, providing the tools necessary to get the job done. He even let me borrow his ratchet straps to get it home safely.

I recommend not using this store. When I called for them to look up a part so that I could order it, and they said that I had to come in and give them the model number. When I asked "why do I have to physically there for you to look up a part when I can give you the number over the phone"? and she responded, "It is to time consuming, and we are busy right now".
