Wish I could leave a Zero Star review. Set up a day and time for an estimate for new windows. Never showed, never called. Thought I was doing the right thing by shopping local. if you don't want to do a job be HONEST and tell potential customers up front. Reporting to the BBB also.

Called them several yrs ago but realized I was short on the cost, been saving have enough now. Called several wks ago spoke to David said I have enough now was told we will call back..NOPE "NO" CALL.

This was my first time going to this business for my window repair. I have young, athletic kids, so this is the third time Ive had this window replaced. So, third time fix, first time coming to Ron's.I am coming to them from now on! They finished my single pane replacement extremely quickly and for the best price I found that day. Jason was the main person we dealt with, and he did an outstanding job!!! So good, I may need to bring the rest of the panes in so they look just as good!! Every aspect of my experience- from my first call until pick-up- was extremely pleasant and efficient. I am recommending them from now on!!! If I could give them more stars, I would. Thank you so much!!!
