Jerry and crew are some of the most knowledgeable and professional guys I know. About 6 years ago, he traded in my old amp with too many buttons, etc. on it that I never used for a nice simple Cambridge Audio amp. Then I bought a pair of Paradigm Monitor 11s with custom cables he made for me at a good price, and have never regretted a minute of my purchases from them. Found a beautiful pair of Bose 701s in their shop and Jerry was so helpful with letting me listen to them before purchasing them bubble wrapped them and help me load them in my vehicle!!! Jerry went above and beyond to help me score a beautiful pair of speakers!!! Ill definitely be using sound exchange for future business!!! Thank you Jerry for all your help!!!!!
