Why the heck do you have to pay a registration fee at town hall before you pay your first bill after already paying a deposit????????? This is absolutely freaking ridiculous!!!!!!!!! I have lived in Somerville before and NEVER had to do this!!!!!!! Come on people, stop robbing people!!!!!!!!! ya'll suck point blank

Bunch of crooks now trying to charge 50$ late fees for being placed on their cut off lists, ON TOP OF your normal late fee. They are also now charging and non refundable deposit called an "origination fee" that is the same amount as their previous deposits. Catch is, is if your water gets shut off, you have to pay a brand new "origination fee" on top of your other fees to get reconnected. 0 stars if possible
