Worst service/ treatment I've ever experienced at a medical facility. The receptionists at the Somerset office are awful. Extremely unkind, rude, and unhelpful. I was turned away for my appointment because "my insurance wouldn't cover it." My insurance is in network and I'm an established patient with this office for over 10 years. The receptionist argued with me in public versus pulling me to the side (I was in tears and humiliated), she made zero attempt to call my insurance company to rectify the situation, and she treated me as if I was a burden and rushed me out. In fact, I was told to pay out of pocket for my annual or to go to a clinic. I verified with my insurance company that the OBGYN is in network and the bill would be paid in full, but the receptionist didn't want to hear it. I even sat in on a conference call with the receptionist and the rep from the insurance company and the receptionist was rude, would not listen or let either of us talk, even told the rep shes a liar, and finally hung up on us. I've had bad experiences with the receptionists in the past, but never enough to warrant a complaint. The office staff are typically rude, argumentative, and rush you off the phone. Forget about calling regarding refills or trying to schedule an appointment. You will get nowhere.

He is an amazing person. I really like the way he treats the patient explained everything. He is the best.

Very bad receptionist, always have an attitude or are very slow to tend to you. But Dr. Cogliani is amazing. They definitely need to do something about the front desk area. Most people will not stand for that
