Another utterly useless vendor who makes buying equipment unbelievably difficult. Tried to get a quote on $10k worth of equipment and got ghosted. Don't bother wasting your time with SHI. Had issues in the past due to sales rep turnover and having multiple servers get delayed by months, wanted to give them another shot and got ghosted on a big project quote.

This is a terrible place to work at. The purchasing department is managed by disrespectful people who don't care about there employees and over work them. The place may look pretty but the people are just rude and nasty but when you confront them about it they pretend to be nice and shocked. If your pregnant it's even worst for you. DON'T Work HERE

I would suggest not to work for this company. They micromanage you to the extreme. Human Resources doesnt help. You have talented employees here, who are not treated with the respect they deserve. Management makes up lies about you. My advice to all of you, is to not waste your time being treated like a slave at this company. Please avoid this place.

These folks do not pay their bills on time, at all. Their PO's state Net 30, but you'll be lucky to receive payment within 60 days. Inquiries go unanswered for days. Terrible business practices. Highly recommend you do NOT do business with them!
